There were comfy beds and a fridge and central heating inside the room. The venue was set in the very central position near to Night club below histel, bus terminal and centre of Viña.

The room was bright and big size, I had amazing experience.

Location: the hotel was next to dowtown of Vina del Mar nearby rest and bars on Valparaiso st and Supermarkets Isabel and Lider and bus terminal. Also, a massive mosque was 3 km away...

The staff is fantastic, and the location is fantastic, putting you right in the heart of Vina del Mar. Everything in the hostel is brand-new, making for a comfortable stay. It’s just a short walk to the vibrant downtown area, where you can find delicious restaurants and lively bars on Valparaiso Street, as well as nearby supermarkets like Isabel and Lider. Plus, it’s only a 15-minute drive to the stunning Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains, making it a perfect base for exploring!

The facilities are secure and the bathrooms are always clean with GREAT water pressure. The hostel provides a nice breakfast and the common area is perfect for hanging out and using the wifi. The dorm rooms are small and perfect for a comfortable stay. the hostel provides a unique and amazing experience.

my second stay in vina del mar was absolutely amazing, thanks to the incredible experience at Not Found. The friendly staff, comfortable facilities, and the inclusive towels and bikes made it feel like a home away from home. I loved exploring the waterfront on their loner bikes, and the cozy bunk beds ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Showers needed improvement.

I had an amazing time at Not Found! My stay was for 5 nights and it was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had an incredible experience at the hostel. The staff at Not Found were so friendly, cute, and helpful. The location was perfect, right on the main street and only a short 15-minute walk to the beach. It was great to be away from the touristy area near the beach and instead be in a more charming and authentic part of town. The flat itself was absolutely beautiful with a modern and stylish decoration that made me feel like I was in France. The small 4-bed dorm was perfect and different from the usual hostels in Latin America. The included breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated being able to stay in the common area after check-out to enjoy the space and Wi-Fi. an amazing stay that exceeded my expectations.
